You may cancel your order from the My Orders section if it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you paid online and canceled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be issued. GoharZar also reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, refunds are processed promptly using your original payment method.
